1. App Usage Rules

Gunankur is a learning and habit-building app intended for personal, non-commercial use by families. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, modify or attempt to extract source code from the app.
Use the app in any way that violates applicable law or harms other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers or data.

2. Child-Friendly Usage

Child profiles must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. While Gunankur is designed to be safe and age-appropriate, parents remain responsible for the time their children spend in the app and for the device used.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within Gunankur — including stories, animations, characters, illustrations, sounds, the Gunankur logo and the wordmark — is the intellectual property of Gunankur or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially use this content without explicit written permission.

4. Rewards & Gunankur Coins Disclaimer

Gunankur Coins (GC) are an in-app reward currency designed to encourage learning habits. Please note:

GC have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
GC are non-transferable between accounts.
GC and unlocked rewards may be reset or adjusted by us if abuse, fraud or technical errors are detected.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Please notify us immediately at support@gunankur.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gunankur is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed any amount you have paid for the app in the past twelve months.
